CBS is making a considerable effort to support women, in the wake of the #MeToo movement.
The company is launching Eye Speak. It's a program designed to promote female empowerment and help forge a path of growth and opportunity for women at CBS and the entertainment industry as a whole. The initiative was announced by CBS Corporation’s president and chief advertising revenue officer Jo Ann Ross.
