Good morning, today is going to be a repeat of Monday's weather conditions. Temperatures will be similar to yesterday, hovering right around the seasonal averages under mostly sunny skies.
However, most regions are in some stage of drought and most of the rest are enduring abnormally dry conditions. The nation remains in the grip of continuous dry air.. also the capital area is seeing higher levels of fine dust this morning.
Somewhat cloudy skies will give way to a fair amount of sunshine as the day goes on. Seoul will have a high of 6 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gwangju and Jeju will make it to 11 degrees.
It will be cooler on Wednesday with a light mix of rain and snow expected in the evening in Seoul. Readings will remain above the norms starting Friday.
PyeongChang will also have similar weather conditions to yesterday under mostly sunny skies.
