Hindalco Q2 profit falls 78% to Rs79 crore on one-time provisions

The one-time provision of Rs.431 crore comprised an additional levy on coal as per the Supreme Court’s order in September and money set aside for diminution in the value in the investment in Aditya Birla Minerals Ltd, Australia, the company said.
