ASCI asks 84 brands to change ads

Upholding complaints against 84 advertisements out of 95 for the month of August 2014, the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) has asked 84 brands including Amul butter, Livon Hair Gain, eBay and Hindustan Unilever’s water purifier PureitUltima, to either modify their misleading ads or stop publishing and telecasting them.
