सोमवार को रुड़की के रामनगर कोर्ट में गैंगवार शूटरों ने कुख्यात सुनील राठी के गुर्गे देवपाल राणा को गोलियों से भून दिया। अस्पताल में उसकी मौत हो गयी। बदमाशों ने देवपाल राणा को करीब 3 गोलियां मारी।
