Do you remember 2016's Great North Snowdogs? Well, they've paved the way for the next generation of loveable sculptures

Elmer's Great North Parade is coming in August 2019, where scores of elephants will be scattered across the North East.

And they'll all be uniquely painted by local artists to help raise vital funds for St Oswald's Hospice.
