இதே போல் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் 2013ல் வழக்கு ஒன்று தொடுக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது. அந்த வழக்கு கமலேஷ் வாஸ்வானி என்ற வழக்கறிஞரால் தொடுக்கப்பட்டது.
தற்போது அதில் இவரும் மனுதாரராகச் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறார். இதில் விரைவில் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
