The Arc'teryx Venta gloves are lightweight, lightly insulated and feature Gore Windstopper 3L fabric. Due to their lightweight and dexterity these would make a great leading glove for winter routes or long approaches to the crag. They would work well for Ski touring or any environment where wind chill is an issue.
