CNY Dance Rehearsal

This is a video of our dress rehearsal before the actual performance that took place on Tuesday. Prior to this, we had to wait for a very long time before people complied to the artistic director's instructions. I felt frustrated that we had to wait for others and that others were not responsible with their time, but I glad that I made the choice to be, despite the fact that I had to cut short a meeting with my teacher to meet the meeting timing. Following that, Xinyee had to leave for a reunion dinner, and we had to rehearse at least once. I am glad that we made the choice to tell our teacher that she had to go, as we were able to rehearse before she went (as seen in the video), because we experienced problems with the spacing. I was leaning too far to the left, and Xin Yee was too far from the right, hence we had to find a way to rectify that before the performance the next day. I told her to move more to the left instead, but that seemed to make her worry more. She was very negative following it, and really wanted to rehearse it once again the next day. I encouraged her and said that we would be able to do it tomorrow.
