Check Out These Cute Cats in Hats These are Mugi, Nyaa, and Maru. They are Scottish Folds owned by Tokyo artist Hiromi Yamazaki. Yamazaki makes wigs and hats for her cats out of their fallen fur. She first began with Trump-styled wigs, then expanded into sushi and other designs. Yamazaki's Instagram account 'rojiman' boasts 862,000 followers.
