By the inviting title "Dança Três", the singer-songwriter Maria Ó releases her debut album.
Presenting normative dualisms the album transits across borders and genres, being musical, regional, sexual or affective. From this restlessness new elements emerge.
Born in Sao Paulo, Maria Ó began her career in the interior and later came to the state capital.
With interpreting stripped and flirting with speech, the singer from Sao Paulo presents the result of a long process of artistic empowerment that brings together compositions that date from 2008 to 2016, when she returned to her hometown.
With poetic and critical lyrics of a sometimes hard everyday, but that at the height of its realism reveals in itself the fantastic. Brings the musical production of Igor Caracas and Klaus Sena from Ceará, besides the co-production of Guilherme Kafé, "Dança Três" also records the encounter between regions. In the album, the diversity of pulses and rhythms invites the body to dance while striking lines lead us to an unique poetic universe. From a cosmopolitan Sao Paulo, a mature composer comes with many affections and Brazis.
