The 36-year-old actress pushed her newborn son, Hayes, in his Nuna stroller.
Alba was later spotted leaving Saint Laurent on Rodeo Drive with several large shopping bags.

Jessica was personally assisted while shopping at Saint Laurent on Thursday.
