Latino Business Group Weighs Harassment Allegation Against C.E.O.

Javier Palomarez, the chamber’s president and chief executive, has been accused of

Her allegations of financial impropriety led foundation directors to reduce Mr. Palomarez’s responsibilities, according to foundation board minutes,

Mr. Palomarez also has been accused by a chamber board member of padding his own
