Mario Singer’s breakup from hell is far from over! After Ramona Singer’s ex-husband filed papers to evict mistress Kasey Dexter from his Florida home, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal she won’t go quietly!

In court papers obtained from Palm Beach County Court, Singer filed a motion for default on February 7 because Dexter “failed to serve or file any paper as required by law.”

He slapped her with an eviction notice on January 26, claiming Dexter “has unlawfully held possession after the expiration of his/her right and without the Plaintiff’s consent. As a result, the Plaintiff has been turned out of the property or deprived of possession of the property.”

A source close to Dexter, 36, exclusively told Radar that she went to her Florida home with a police escort the morning of February 8.

“Kasey went to the house this morning with an officer to get her belongings,” the insider told Radar. “She didn’t feel safe going alone. Mario gave her 30 minutes to remove her stuff.”

Although Dexter was able to retrieve some items, she will have to return to the Florida home they once shared to pick up the rest. She is temporarily residing with the man she cheated on Singer, 64, with.

“Due to the eviction notice, Singer and Dexter were involved in an ongoing dispute over the status of their relationship,” the reporting officer wrote a the police report obtained by Radar. “Singer confirmed that the argument was verbal in nature and nothing physical had taken place.”
