Dr Bhavya Jha Talks about MRKH Syndrome in Women and its Treatment

MRKH Syndrome is found in 2% of the Indian Population.This syndrome leads to infertility in women mainly due to abscense of uterus or vagina even if the fallopian tube or the ovaries are functioning properly.Main symptoms are abscence of menstrual cycle and bone or kidney defects. MRKH Syndrome causes sexual dysfunction and problems in intercourse. According to Dr.Bhavya, surrogacy is the only treatment to cope up with MRKH Syndrome.
