Jeremy Hunt has admitted the NHS is experiencing "probably the worst" winter crisis ever "in terms of pressures on the system". In an exclusive interview with ITV News' Allegra Stratton, the Health and Social Care Secretary apologised to patients when they have not received the care they should.
