John Kelly Makes Controversial Statement About DACA

President Donald Trump’s chief of staff John Kelly said something controversial about DACA. Kelly described Trump’s plan as better because he is offering 1.8 million immigrants a path to citizenship. This is a huge jump from the 690,000 that are official DACA registrants. Kelly then said that the difference between numbers takes into account those that did not sign up for DACA. He called these people “too afraid” or “too lazy” to sign up.
