In Nigeria, conflict escalates between farmers and herdsmen

From village attacks to reprisals, inter-communal clashes between farmers and nomadic pastoralists have killed more than 100 people in Benue alone in Nigeria since the beginning of the year. In Gboko, seven men were burned alive in public, before their charred skeletons were taken to the morgue.
