At Least 4 Dead in Taiwan Earthquake A series of earthquakes rocked Taiwan, leaving more than 100 people injured. A 6.4 magnitude quake hit the city of Hualien on Wednesday. The first tremor struck the island late Tuesday night followed by quakes which continued through Wednesday morning. The Associated Press reported 225 injuries so far as more than 140 people still remain unaccounted for.
