Rescuers scour toppled buildings after Taiwan quake

Rescue efforts are underway after a deadly 6.4-magnitude quake on the east coast of Taiwan left buildings tilting on their foundations. Rescuers using cranes and ladders lifted people to safety from the hotel and apartment block throughout the night and continued their search for anyone trapped as day dawned.
