Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday attacked Prime Minister on Rafale deal and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to Paris and changed the deals. The Congress President also said there is something fishy about the deal as the Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is not disclosing the price of the deal to the nation.
