Super Bowl weekend is usually considered a proverbial dead zone, mostly because the studios of late have been gun shy about actually releasing anything of note. A case in point happened this wekeend. The Helen Mirren film Winchester, opened in 25 hundred theaters, and racked up only 9.2 million dollar for the weekend after critics decimated it. The movie received a sad eight percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
