Visiting North Korean IOC member expresses wish for successful Winter Olympics

Another top North Korean official is in South Korea for the one-hundred-thirty-second International Olympic Committee session,... set to take place before and during the PyeongChang Games.
Arriving in the South on Sunday,... Chang Ung , North Korea's representative to the IOC expressed his hope for a successful PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
Chang heads to Gangneung, the sub-host city of the PyeongChang Games today-- to attend the IOC Session there,... an event, which will also be attended by President Moon Jae-in.
Dodging questions about political issues, Chang said sports exchanges between the two sides can be revitalized when "political circumstances can improve," and said the PyeongChang Games have provided "good momentum" between the two.
