NIA accuses separatist leaders of acting on cue from Pakistan, colluding with terror elements in Jammu and Kashmir. NIA has filed 12,794-page charge-sheet against terrorists and top seperatist leaders
NIA says that seperatist leaders have links with terrorists. NIA also alleges Pakistan's involvement via its high commission in India.Though Geelani, Yasin Malik, Umar Farooq, Asiya Andrabi, Shabbir Shah and few other Hurriyat leaders are not named as accused in the charge sheet, but it does mention that these leaders are the main organizers of the conspiracy to wage war against India.
