Top Lawmakers Are Concerned Over E-Cigarettes

Two U.S. lawmakers are voicing concerns over Philip Morris tobacco trials.
Senators Dick Durbin and Richard Blumenthal argue the company is unethically seeking to market an electronic tobacco product as less risky than cigarettes.
They cited reports that showed problems with the trials that supported Philip Morris’s application to the FDA.
