Utah Mayor Asks School to Change Controversial Mascot

A new high school in Utah has chosen the Phoenix as its mascot but some are concerned the plural form, phoenices, sounds too much like a male body part. The city`s mayor says it sets students up for ridicule and is asking the school board to change it.
