Rejected! Megyn Kelly BANNED From Covering Royal Wedding, Source Claims
  • 6 years ago
Tanking talking head Megyn Kelly has been banned by frustrated NBC execs from covering the royal wedding, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Kelly, 47, was pushing to go cover Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's nuptials alongside hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb, but a TODAY Show insider revealed NBC News President Noah Oppenheim "personally vetoed the request."

"NBC is going all out for their royal wedding coverage and has only the best correspondents with insider knowledge about the couple and everything going on behind the scenes," the snitch spilled to Radar.

she'd already made a few enemies at NBC. According to a source, Kathie Lee Gifford recently told executives that she refused to co-host with her, while former host Ann Curry slammed her for her revenge speech against Jane Fonda.

As fans know, Kelly’s ratings have been suffering, and her feuding with iconic Hollywood stars is only making matters worse.

“What Megyn is doing is suicide,” an insider previously told Radar exclusively, who warned that the host “is welcome to kill her show but she will not be allowed to take down the Today show with her.”
