Jennifer Aniston's mother's death certificate is shedding new light on the details of her tragic death at age 79. Nancy Dow died of pneumonia, according to her official final papers obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.
Sources reveal Dow died abandoned and crippled, with her only daughter neglecting to visit for as long as FIVE years.
Dow had a huge falling out with the Friends star over a TV interview she gave in 1996 and their rift never healed before her passing in May 2016 aged 79.
The former actress and model’s death certificate — exclusively obtained this week by Radar — lists pneumonia as the primary cause of death, and notes it was further complicated by a stroke she suffered four years previously.
Dow changed her will and cut Aniston out, as well as her son, John Mellick, Jen’s half-brother, leaving her apartment and money to his daughter Eilish — who bares a striking resemblance to Jen.

Upon Dow's passing in 2016 Aniston and her brother John released a statement saying: “It is with great sadness that my brother John and I announce the passing of our Mother Nancy Dow. She was 79 years old and passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends after enduring a long illness.”
