Russia to send all North Korean workers back home

Russia has expressed its determination to send home all North Korean migrant workers by the end of 2019.
Russia's Ambassador to North Korea said Moscow will adhere to UN Security Council resolutions and repatriate all North Korean workers in Russia by the end of next year.
He added there are no illegal North Korean workers in Russia.
The latest round of UN Security Council sanctions requires countries to send back all North Korean workers within two years from the date the sanctions were first imposed -- December 22nd.
There are approximately 40,000 North Korean workers officially working in Russia, with many of them working in the construction sector.
