A man who stopped at a San Jose Rotten Robbie store to use the bathroom decided to buy a lottery ticket while he was there and ended up winning $1 million.

A man who recently stopped at a San Jose Rotten Robbie store to use the bathroom decided to buy a lottery ticket while he was there and ended up winning $1 million.  Notably, his first lottery purchase got him a free ticket, which he redeemed for a Holiday Magic Scratchers. That one got him the big prize.  According to a news release by the California Lottery, winner Vincent Anchondo remarked, "I sat there for a long time staring at it because I wasn't sure if what I was seeing was real." "I kind of froze. The first thing I did was grab a pen and sign the back," he further commented. Anchondo also said he anticipates the prize money will make his life easier and noted he's hoping to use some of the winnings to buy a house.
