In an inhuman incident, an 8-month-old girl was allegedly raped by her relative in the national capital. The 27-year-old accused, who shamed humanity, was her own cousin brother. Delhi Women Commission Chief Swati Maliwal questioned the system and demanded death sentence for rape accused involved in cases of minor victims.
