CJ exempted from luxury car ban for security reasons says assoc justices

Associate Justices Mariano Del Castillo and Terresita De Castro says for security purposes, the top five officials of the land including the chief justice is exempted from the administrative order banning government officials from purchasing luxury vehicles.
