Brothers Step in When They See Man Harassing Two Teen Girls on Train

Police say two 15-year-old girls were on their way to see a movie when an intoxicated man followed them, harassing them along the way. Two brothers and another Good Samaritan came to the aid of the girls, but some are saying it took too long for bystanders to step in.
