Attorney General 'urgently' looking at all rape cases

An urgent review of every current rape and serious sexual assault case in England and Wales is being carried out after concerns about the disclosure of evidence. It comes after the collapse of several recent trials because material had not been shared with defence lawyers. Attorney General Jeremy Wright MP has admitted some "very serious mistakes" have been made and has been critical of errors made by police and prosecutors. Report by Chulanin.
