Uttar Pradesh: 1 killed, several injured after communal clashes break out during Republic Day celebrations

In a tragic incident being reported from Uttar Pradesh, one person lost his life while over a dozen were left severely injured after the clashes broke out between two communities in Kasganj district. As per reports, the communal clashes broke out as the two groups were taking out unauthorised rallies to mark the Republic Day. Taking the cognizance of the clashes, the UP Police have pulled up over two dozen of people and have also clamped curfew in the affected areas of the district.
