The Grand Final of the 37th Mysterious Song Contest took place in Baghdad, Iraq after Dashni Murad won in Turin in edition 36 with the song Love Wins. 26 Countries performed in the final: Ten countries who qualified from the first Semi-Final, ten qualifiers from the second Semi-Final, The Top 6: Lali Espósito for Argentina, Vance Joy for Australia, Jax Jones and Ina Wroldsen for Norway, Choix2 for South Korea, Adelen for Spain and Dashni Morad for the host nation Iraq.

The first Semi-Final of the Mysterious Song Contest was held on Thursday the 04th of January. From this Semi-Final the following participants qualified:
