In front of a packed house on Thursday, a Russian cinema screened 'The Death of Stalin,' despite the Russian culture ministry cancelling the movie's release because of its mockery of the country's Soviet past. Earlier this week, the culture ministry withdrew a license for the movie's general release, and when asked about the screening, stated that anyone defying the ban would be held legally accountable.
