Did we just see the last of Chris Hemsworth on the silver screen?

Unfortunately maybe so.

The hunky Australian actor told The Times that he may be ready to walk away from acting after his Thor contract recently ended.

He added that he wants to be there to take his kids to school and his absence from his family is starting to take its toll.

Chris said that they would cry every time he tells them he has to leave and walking out the door was absolutely brutal.

He has already planned to take six months off after shooting his new film Bad Times in V ancouver… and he has even thought of taking off an entire year.

Then he said it may just be time to cash in and check out and surf for the rest of his life.

We sure would miss him if he does, but hey, we totally understand.

Guess this means we better savor him while he’s here.
