People are calling for Mila Kunis to turn down an award due to gender inequality.
In case you haven’t heard, the actress has been honored by Harvard theatre troupe Hasty Pudding - a troupe known for putting on bawdy comedic revues featuring men in drag playing female characters.
Kunis was awarded the Women of the Year award and detractors are asking her not to accept because the troupe refuses to cast women.
In fact, many have auditioned and have never made it.
Some students and fans are hoping Kunis can speak for them and refuse to show up on the grounds of inequality…
But others are pointing out that women can work behind the scenes, and a woman actually runs the troupe.
