Venezuelan opposition leader Henri Falcon to run for president

Venezuelan opposition leader and former governor of Lara state, Henri Falcon, announces his intention to run for the presidency, after the government said the country will hold a presidential election by the end of April. The opposition coalition hasn't yet announced yet its common candidate.
