Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 21-year-old son posted a scandalous picture with Lauren Swanson, 19. In the snapshot, the two are hugging each other and posing for a selfie, a huge violation of his parents’ strict Christian dating decree, which forbids touching between two people dating.
“I’m really enjoying the beauty in New Zealand. Oh, and the landscape is pretty nice too I guess,” Duggar posted on his Instagram page, which features several photos of his teenage love interest.
Duggar and Swanson were in the country east of Australia, where they attended the Institute in Basic Life Principles conference, along with his family, who were also on the trip.

“It’s truly an exciting time for us, as we take this big step in establishing a relationship, getting to know one another even better and praying together toward our future," said Duggar.
