DAY ONE in Dallas we woke up at the incredible Westin Galleria and decided to take the full day to explore Downtown Dallas.

Downtown Dallas is a 25 minute drive from The Westin Galleria. We first headed to the Dallas World Aquarium. It’s a huge multi floor warehouse that is an aquarium and a zoo.
Up next we visited JFK’s Memorial before making it to Reunion Tower which is the observation deck of the city. Reunion tower is the 15th heights tower and the observation deck is at the 470 feet high.
It was now time for lunch and we headed to Sonny Bryan’s Smokehouse to eat world famous Texan BBQ. We had pulled pork and brisket along with a Deep Ellum IPA!
