Delta To Require Passengers To Promise Their Dogs Will Behave

Delta Airlines has new requirements for service and emotional support animals. In a press release on Friday, the airline said that all owners must provide proof of their animal’s vaccinations or other health records 48 hours before traveling and must sign a document promising that their animal is well-behaved. Delta says the new regulations will go into place March 1st, in order to create safer flights
