Yup - Governor Moon Beam Brown has rounded up as many Illegals into San Francisco as he can by offering them Jobs and a Great Welfare Payment System.

Now that they are concentrated in certain cities where they can be arrested as the US Dept of Justice prepares to arrest Mayors, county COuncilmen and Governors who support "Sanctuaries For Illegals."
