Vice captain of Indian cricket team, Harmanpreet Kaur recently blamed western railways and said she was asked for 27 lakh rupees for accepting her resignation from her job. She addressed media that, she had a contract with western railway for 5 years and she has signed the bond. But, now she has been offered a job in Punjab police and she wants to join that job, but the railway is not accepting her resignation. She complained against it. भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम की उपकप्तान हरमनप्रीत कौर ने हाल ही में अपने एक बयान में कहा कि वेस्टर्न रेलवे ने उन्हें बीते 5 महीने से सैलरी नहीं दी है. इसके अलावा हरमनप्रीत ने वेस्टर्न रेलवे पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया है कि वह अपनी नौकरी छोड़ना चाहती है, लेकिन उन्हें जॉब छोड़ने की इजाज़त नहीं मिल रही है. इतना ही नहीं बल्कि हरमनप्रीत ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि उनका इस्तीफ़ा लेने के लिए उनसे 27 लाख रूपए की मांग की जा रही है. हालंकि इस मामले में पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री अमरिंदर सिंह ने इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करते हुए केंद्रीय रेलवे मंत्री पियूष गोयल को पत्र लिखा है.
