Republicans Fear They'll Pay If Government Shuts Down

President Donald Trump is sure that Democrats will take the blame if the government shuts down this weekend or if Congress fails to find a fix to prevent DACA recipients from being deported. Republicans however are a bit more weary. Many of them fear that voters would fault the GOP if there was a shutdown. Democrats have been showing strength in recent elections and republicans don’t have much margin of error heading into the midterm elections.
