No Heat - 2014 Jeep Patriot

It was cold one morning and I went to turn on the heat in my 2014 Jeep Patriot and...no heat. After some extensive research and a conversation with Alan Hecht at Jim Baier Ford in Fort Madison, IA, I deduced that it was my blend door not opening/closing... or even moving.
