A federal judge in Hawaii has issued a nationwide restraining order to block President Donald Trump's new travel ban, just hours before it was due to take effect. The Trump administration is expected to appeal. Trump's latest order bans - in most cases - visitors from Chad, Iran (except students), Libya, North Korea, Syria, and Yemen. Limited restrictions also apply to several other countries, such as Venezuela.
