Saudi Arabia to Allow Women to Drive

Saudi Arabia will end its driving ban for women. Saudi King Salman issued the order on Tuesday and it will take effect by June 2018, when women will be allowed to get driving licenses. Under the current system, only men are allowed to drive and women who get behind the wheel in public face arrest.
