Investigation continues into Belgium train collision that killed 3

An investigation into what caused a late-night passenger train to crash into a halted freight train in eastern Belgium was underway on Monday. Three people were killed in the Sunday night accident and nine others injured, some critically, authorities said. Twenty-seven other passengers were treated at the scene.
